Parvathy Nair was born on 05-12-1992 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. She is an Indian Film Actress & Model who is well known for her work in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Bollywood films.

Parvati Nair did her primary school studies at the Abu Dhabi Our Own English High School. She did her engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka, in Computer Science Engineering. After finishing her engineering, she decided to start her job in a software company. But destiny had decided something else for her. In her early days, she worked as a model in various modeling agencies. Even she appeared in some beauty contests before making her debut in the films, she won many beauty titles such as Miss Navy Queen as well as Miss Karnataka in the year 2010.
When she was working on the jewelry brand commercial shoot under the guidance of director V. K. Prakash. In the meanwhile, she offered a role in the film Beautiful in 2011. Despite that, she declined this offer because she was not had a clear vision to become an actress. She was determined to make her career in the film industry. In 2012, she made her acting debut in the V. K. Prakash-directed Malayalam film Poppins starring Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya, Indrajit, Meghana Raj, and Nithya Menen.
In the subsequent time, she signed the back-to-back Malayalam films such as Yakshi – Faithfully Yours, Dolls and Nee Ko Njaa Cha. In 2013, she made her debut in the Kannada film industry from the Jagadish K. R directed psychological thriller film Story Kathe as Pallavi opposite Thilak Shekar. She gave her the best in the film through her natural acting skills. This emerging newcomer won the Best Female Debutant – Kannada award at the 3rd South Indian International Movie Awards. In the same year, she signed them. Padmakumar directed the portmanteau film D Company in which she played the role of Lora who was part of the Gangs of Vadakumnathan. In 2014, she made her debut in Tamil industry through the film Nimirndhu Nil in which she played the cameo role.
In 2015, she signed another Tamil action thriller film Yennai Arindhaal as Elizabeth starring Ajith Kumar and Arun Vijay. For that film this prominent actress won the nominations at the Filmfare Awards South for Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award, and though she won the Ramu Karyat award for Excellence in other languages for this film. In 2017, she appeared in Tamil film Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga as Mohini and she again impressed the Tamil audiences so much and her performance was much liked by the film critics. Despite that, she won the Edison Awards (India) rising star of the year. She will be finally making her Bollywood film debut through the film 83 which is scheduled to release in 2020.
